  • Can I dye my extensions?
    Yes, our raw extensions can be dyed to the color you desire. Deep condition hair after any treatment done to hair to retain leaving hair soft and silky. (We recommend that hair is colored by a professional.)
  • Will the hair shed?
    Minimal to no shedding. Like all hair, there will be some shedding but not excessive. To prevent bundles from shedding, always brush your hair from the bottom and work your way up.

When sleeping in the extensions, we advise you to use a satin scarf/bonnet to prevent tangling and matting.   • What if my raw extensions become frizzy
    If your raw hair extensions become frizzy, it is important to first understand the cause of the frizz. Frizz can be caused by a variety of factors such as dryness, heat damage, or lack of proper care. To address frizz, you can start by deep conditioning your extensions to restore moisture and smooth the cuticles. Use a sulfate-free shampoo and a moisturizing conditioner specifically designed for hair extensions. It's also important to avoid excessive heat styling and use a heat protectant when styling your extensions. Additionally, consider using a hair oil or serum to help control frizz and add shine.
  • How soon will I get my order?
    All orders are delivered on business days (excluding holidays), Monday through Friday. Our standard processing time for orders between 4-5 business days, depending on our order volume. Standard shipping in the U.S. is another 5-7 business days.
  • I'm international - is there any shipping fee?
    International orders may occur custom and duties fees which are not included in original purchase price or cost associated with shipping. We are not responsible for these fees; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
    Yes, when using standard shipping we ship to PO boxes.
  • Can I get Top Tier Package Protection?
    What is Top Tier Package protection? Top Tier Protection is a protection solution specifically for your package. This option can be added at the check out. This is insurance on your package. If package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you will be able to file a claim.
  • What is your refund or exchange policy?
    Once your order is placed, it may not be canceled, returned, or refunded. Please be aware and pay attention to order details carefully before submitting your order. If you want to exchange your items/order for another product, you must return original item first and then place new order.   • What is the Top Tier Luxury Chargeback Policy?
    When placing an order with Top Tier Luxury, customers agree to the following chargeback policy. When placing and order, customer agrees and understands that Top Tier Luxury is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged items during transit. Once package leaves our facility and is dropped off at local post office, we are no longer responsible for your package. Customer understands and agrees that a chargeback against Top Tier Luxury will NOT be filed in cases where packages are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Customer agrees that in any case they are not satisfied with products they received, we will accept returns due to accordance with the stated RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY. (HAIR MUST NOT BE USED, MUST BE RETURNED IN PACKAGE, AND MUST NOT BE CUT BLACK BANDS) Customer understands if a chargeback is placed, they can no longer place any orders in the future. Orders placed after filing a chargeback will be immediately canceled.
